Job Description:

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.

  • Present menus, explain dishes, and take accurate food and beverage orders.

  • Serve food and drinks promptly according to service standards.

  • Check on guests regularly and respond to their requests courteously.

  • Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables and dining areas.

  • Handle bills and payments accurately and assist with POS operations.

  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 10AM - 9PM

    Working Days: 6 days a week
