Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Welcome guests warmly and provide professional and friendly service.

  2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.

  3. Explain menu items, provide recommendations, and respond to customer inquiries.

  4. Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for service.

  5. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely and accurate orders.

  6. Handle customer requests and concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.

  7. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

    Note:

    Duty Hour: 10 hours

    Working Days: 6 days a week
