मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:

  • ग्राहकलाई विनम्रतापूर्वक स्वागत गर्ने र राम्रो सेवा प्रदान गर्ने।

  • ग्राहकको अर्डर लिने तथा मिठाई, स्न्याक्स, खाना र पेय पदार्थ सही रूपमा उपलब्ध गराउने।

  • ग्राहकलाई विभिन्न मिठाई तथा खाद्य सामग्रीबारे जानकारी दिने।

  • मिठाई तथा अन्य सामानको प्याकिङ र डेलिभरीका लागि तयार गर्ने।

  • काउन्टर तथा टेबलमा ग्राहकलाई आवश्यक सेवा प्रदान गर्ने।

  • पसल, काउन्टर, टेबल तथा वरपरको क्षेत्र सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने।

  • ग्राहकको गुनासो तथा आवश्यकतालाई सभ्यतापूर्वक सम्बोधन गर्ने।

  • स्टक तथा बिक्री व्यवस्थापनमा आवश्यक सहयोग गर्ने।

  • पसलको सरसफाइ, स्वच्छता र सेवा सम्बन्धी नियम पालना गर्ने।
