Job Description
• Present menu and explain food or drink items
• Take customer orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages to tables
• Check on customers to make sure they are satisfied
• Handle customer requests or complaints politely
• Clear tables and keep the dining area clean
• Process bills and collect payments
• Work with kitchen staff to ensure orders are correct
• Maintain good hygiene and professional appearance
