Job Description

  1. Greet and serve customers promptly with a friendly and professional attitude.

  2. Take orders accurately and relay them efficiently to the kitchen or bar.

  3. Ensure timely service, especially during busy hours (12 PM – 1 PM), maintaining speed without compromising quality.

  4. Maintain proper hygiene, personal grooming, and a neat appearance at all times.

  5. Clean and organize tables, chairs, and surrounding areas before and after service.

  6. Communicate effectively with customers in normal English and address their needs or concerns.

  7. Assist in setting up and arranging the dining area for smooth operations.

  8. Follow all restaurant policies and procedures; outstanding performance may lead to a salary increase after 2 months.
