Job Description

  1. Greet and seat customers politely, ensuring a welcoming dining experience

  2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them on time

  3. Prepare and serve basic beverages as a barista (tea, coffee, and simple drinks)

  4. Handle cashier duties, including billing, cash handling, and POS system operation

  5. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure correct and timely order delivery

  6. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service area, barista counter, and cashier desk

  7. Assist in setting up and closing the dining area as per shift requirements

  8. Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
