Job Description

  1. Deliver food and beverage orders to guests accurately and promptly.

  2. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area.

  3. Supply and replenish cutleries, glassware, and condiments as needed.

  4. Advise guests on menu choices, including drinks and specials.

  5. Report any guest complaints or issues to supervisors and resolve when possible.

  6. Monitor guest beverage consumption to ensure responsible service.

  7. Support inventory control by assisting with stock and supplies.

  8. Exhibit courteous, professional behavior to create a positive dining experience.
