Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, present menus, take food and beverage orders, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Order Management: Accurately record and relay orders to the kitchen or bar staff and serve dishes promptly.
Cleanliness & Setup: Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining areas; set up tables before service and clear them after meals.
Billing & Payment: Prepare and present bills, process payments, and ensure correct cash handling.
Team Coordination: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.
