Job Description
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent table service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Promote daily specials, food, and beverage items to increase sales and revenue.
Suggest menu pairings and upsell premium items professionally.
Handle guest complaints or requests efficiently and ensure quick resolution.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely and accurate order delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the dining area.
