  1. ग्राहकलाई स्वागत गर्नु र बस्न सहयोग गर्नु

  2. मेनु दिने र खाना/पेयको अर्डर लिनु

  3. खाना र पेय पदार्थ समयमा टेबलमा पुर्‍याउनु

  4. ग्राहकको आवश्यकताको ख्याल राख्नु (पानी, एक्स्ट्रा अर्डर आदि)

  5. टेबल सफा गर्नु र पुनः तयारी अवस्थामा राख्नु

  6. बिल तयार गर्नु र भुक्तानी लिनु

  7. किचन र अन्य स्टाफसँग राम्रो समन्वय गर्नु

  8. ग्राहकको गुनासो समाधान गर्न प्रयास गर्नु

  9. हाइजिन र सफाइको पालना गर्नु

  10. होटल/रेस्टुरेन्टको नियम र सेवा स्तरलाई कायम राख्नु
