Job Description
  1. समय, गुणस्तर र निजीकरणको सन्दर्भमा सेवाको उच्च स्तरहरू दिन रेस्टुरेन्ट सर्भरहरूलाई तालिम दिने र निरीक्षण गर्ने।

  2. स्टेसनमा तालिका लेआउटहरू निरीक्षण गर्ने, तिनीहरूले सेट मापदण्डहरू पूरा भए नभएको सुनिश्चित गर्ने।

  3. उपकरण र फर्निचरको सेवायोग्यता जाँच गर्ने र सुनिश्चित गर्ने।

  4. रेस्टुरेन्ट बजेटहरू पूरा गर्न खाना र पेय पदार्थहरू बेच्नु पर्ने।

  5. खाना र पेय आदेशहरू सही रूपमा लिने।

Job Description

  1. Train and supervise restaurant servers to give high standards of service in terms of time, quality, and personalization.

  2. Inspect table layouts in the station, ensuring that they meet the standards set.

  3. Check and ensure the serviceability of equipment and furniture.

  4. Sell food and beverages to meet restaurant budgets.

  5. Take food and beverage orders correctly.

  6. Provide wine service according to international practices.

  7. Assign duties ensuring equity of work.

  8. Ensure that staff meets hygiene and discipline standards.

  9. Ensure that the station is free from dust.

    Note : Duty Shift ( 7am to 5 pm & 12 pm to 10 pm )
