  1. ग्राहकलाई स्वागत गर्नु र बैठ्ने व्यवस्था मिलाउन

  2. मेनु प्रस्तुत गर्नु र खाना तथा पेय पदार्थको अर्डर लिन

  3. ग्राहकको अर्डर किचनमा पुर्‍याउनु र समयमै खाना सर्व गर्न

  4. खाना र पेय पदार्थहरूको गुणस्तर जाँच गर्न

  5. ग्राहकलाई आवश्यक सेवा (जस्तै: पानी थप्ने, अर्डर दोहोर्‍याउने) प्रदान गर्न

  6. भाडा र टेबल सफा गर्नु र सञ्‍चालित राख्‍न

  7. बिल तयार गर्नु र भुक्तानी संकलन गर्न

  8. ग्राहकको गुनासो वा सुझाव सुन्ने र समाधान गर्ने प्रयास गर्न

  9. होटेल/रेस्टुरेन्टको नियम र स्वच्छता मापदण्ड पालना गर्न
