Job Description

  1. Greeting Customers – Welcoming customers as they enter the restaurant and escorting them to their tables.

  2. Taking Orders – Listening to customers’ orders, providing menu recommendations, and accurately recording their selections.

  3. Serving Food and Beverages – Bringing food and drinks to customers, ensuring they are served promptly and at the correct temperature.

  4. Checking on Customers – Ensuring customers are satisfied with their meals, refilling drinks, and responding to any requests.

  5. Handling Payments – Bringing the bill to customers and processing payments through cash, card, or other methods.

  6. Maintaining Cleanliness – Ensuring that the dining area, tables, and utensils are clean and presentable.

  7. Assisting with Special Requests – Accommodating customer requests, including dietary restrictions or preferences.

  8. Collaborating with Kitchen Staff – Communicating with kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared accurately and on time.

  9. Boys should maintain a clean shave, and girls should keep their nails properly trimmed for good hygiene and a polished appearance.

    NOTE : 8am to 6 pm / 1pm to 11 pm

Dress Code: Black dress with white shoes.

The location has 5-6 outlets, so being flexible would be beneficial.
