Job Description

  1. Specialized Cooking Skills: Must be able to prepare popular dishes like chicken lollipop, chicken drumstick, chili (chicken/paneer), and traditional Nepali sekuwa with authentic flavor and presentation.

  2. Beverage Preparation: Should be experienced in preparing traditional Nepali chiya (milk tea) with consistent taste and quality.

  3. Kitchen Management: Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the cooking area. Ensure proper use and storage of kitchen tools and ingredients.

  4. Ingredient Handling: Responsible for prepping, marinating, and managing ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality of meats and spices.

  5. Team Player: Work efficiently with other kitchen staff, manage cooking orders in a timely manner, and adapt to busy environments while maintaining food quality.
