Job Description

  1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and serving guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.

  2. Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders from customers, ensuring all preferences and dietary restrictions are noted.

  3. Food & Beverage Knowledge: Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation, to assist customers with choices.

  4. Table Management: Set tables, ensure cleanliness and organization, and ensure the proper arrangement of tableware and utensils.

  5. Order Delivery: Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring orders are correct and presented attractively.

  6. Cash Handling: Process customer payments, including cash, credit cards, or digital payments, and provide accurate change when necessary.

  7. Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the manager when necessary.

  8. Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with kitchen staff, other waiters, and management to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining experience.
