Job Description

  1. Greet customers as they arrive and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

  2. Present menus to guests and inform them of daily specials or promotions.

  3. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.

  4. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and friendly manner.

  5. Check in with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meal and address any concerns.

  6. Clear tables and reset them for the next customers.

  7. Handle cash and process payments through the point-of-sale (POS) system.

  8. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.

  9. Assist with the setup and breakdown of the dining room before and after shifts.

  10. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food orders are prepared and served according to guest preferences.
