Job Description

  1. Greet customers as they arrive and guide them to their tables.

  2. Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about the menu.

  3. Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.

  4. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.

  5. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly.

  6. Process payments, including cash and card transactions.

  7. Clean and reset tables after guests leave.

  8. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

  9. Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

  10. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
