Job Description :

Greet Customers: Welcome guests warmly as they arrive and escort them to their tables.

Present Menus: Provide menus, answer questions about the menu, and suggest items when needed.

Take Orders: Accurately take food and beverage orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen or bar.

Adhere to Health and Safety Standards: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.

Upselling: Promote additional menu items, such as desserts or drinks, to enhance the customer's dining experience.

Manage Special Requests: Handle special dietary requests or preferences, ensuring customers receive a personalized experience.

Note : Training period + Night Allowance

Shift: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm & 10pm-6pm (Flexible time period)

Drop Off for evening shift (Only inside ring road)

अर्डर लिनुपर्ने: ग्राहकबाट खाद्य र पेय पदार्थको अर्डर सही तरिकामा लिनुपर्ने र भान्सामा वा बारमा पठाउनुपर्ने।

स्वास्थ्य र सुरक्षा मापदण्डहरूको पालन गर्नुपर्ने: सबै खाद्य सुरक्षा र स्वच्छता मापदण्डहरूको पालन गर्नुपर्ने र सुरक्षित कार्य वातावरण कायम राख्नुपर्ने।

उपभोक्तालाई थप सिफारिस गर्नुपर्ने: ग्राहकको खानेपानी अनुभवलाई अझ राम्रो बनाउन थप मेनू आइटमहरू, जस्तै डिजर्ट वा पेय पदार्थहरू, प्रस्ताव गर्नुपर्ने।
