  4. छिटो भन्दा छिटो ग्राहकलाई खानाप्रदान गर्ने

  5. सरसफाइ र प्रस्तुतिको लागि भाँडा र भान्साकोठाको जाँच गर्ने र कुनै समस्या देखिएमा रिपोर्ट गर्ने

  6. डेलिभर भए/नभएको जाच गर्ने र भुक्तानीहरू सङ्कलन गर्ने
