Job Description

  1. Provide accurate guidance to clients regarding visa categories, eligibility, and immigration processes

  2. Assess client profiles and recommend the most suitable visa options

  3. Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa application documents

  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures

  5. Coordinate with clients to ensure timely submission of applications

  6. Handle client queries professionally through meetings, calls, and emails

  7. Maintain proper records of client files and application status

  8. Support clients throughout the visa process until final decision

---Office hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during winter and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during summer.
