Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and acquire new vendors, suppliers, and brands for the company.

2. Contact potential vendors and negotiate pricing, margins, payment terms, and business agreements.

3. Research and onboard suitable brands and suppliers based on company requirements.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing vendors.

5. Identify new products, brands, market trends, and business opportunities.

6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth vendor onboarding and product listing.

7. Follow up with potential vendors and maintain accurate vendor records.

8. Monitor vendor performance and support long-term business relationships.

9. Achieve monthly vendor acquisition and business development targets.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

2. Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.

3. Experience in sales, business development, procurement, or vendor acquisition is preferred.

4. Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

5. Good understanding of FMCG, cosmetics, baby products, or consumer goods is an advantage.

6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

   Note:

   Duty Hour: 10 AM - 6 PM

   After probation period , there will be increment in salary based on the employee performance.
