Planning travel accommodations, booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and coordinating activities.
Researching travel deals and evaluating prices and services.
Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget. Offer tailored recommendations for destinations, tours, and packages.
Booking & Reservations: Handle booking arrangements for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel-related services. Ensure all reservations are confirmed and meet the clients' specifications.
Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their travels. Address any questions, concerns, or issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators. Negotiate rates and contracts to secure the best deals for clients.
