·         Every day open and close shop on time . shop opening time 8.50 am

·         Assist participate in cleaning shop showroom area , counters etc .

·         Daily check color tinting machines . make sure these are properly working and all colorants cans are full

·         Make sure all electrical and battery lines are proper and functioning

·         Make sure all cctvs , internet wires cables are also functioning properly

·         Make sure all fire extinguishers are upto date and functioning 

·         Make sure all security measures are up to date every day

·         Make sure old stocks moves first on FIFO basis

·         Make sure to move SKUs before they get expired

·         Be able to coordinate with other departments

·         Negotiate terms if customer is a credit customers , mention payment days on bills

·         Follow up for over dues on time schedule prepare weekly Outstanding Report

·         Plan payment for vendors on weekly basis

·         Do the entries of all sales and purchases on system
