Operate JCB machines safely and efficiently at construction and excavation sites.
Load and unload materials and equipment using the JCB.
Perform digging, levelling, trenching, and lifting operations.
Inspect equipment daily and report any faults or malfunctions.
Ensure regular maintenance and cleaning of the JCB machine.
Follow site safety protocols and traffic rules strictly.
Cooperate with site engineers, supervisors, and other machine operators.
Keep records of work performed and fuel used.
Ensure accurate and safe placement of materials and adherence to project plans.Requirements:
Proven experience as a JCB Operator (minimum 1–3 years preferred).
Valid JCB operator license or heavy equipment license.
Knowledge of machine operations and safety procedures.
Ability to read and interpret site plans and instructions.
Physically fit and capable of working in harsh weather or rugged terrains.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic mechanical knowledge for routine maintenance.
