Job Description
  1. Handle ticketing services, including booking, issuance, and re-issuance of airline tickets.

  2. Manage front desk operations, including greeting and assisting clients, answering phone calls, and handling email inquiries.

  3. Provide customers with travel information and advice on destinations, airlines, and packages.

  4. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.

  5. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions.

  6. Collaborate with the sales team to meet company goals and customer satisfaction.
