Job Description

  1. Prepare and cook authentic Tibetan dishes with attention to quality, taste, and presentation

  2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations

  3. Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and safety practices at all times

  4. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

  5. Accommodate special dietary requests when applicable

  6. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation

  7. Train and supervise kitchen assistants if required

  8. Assist in menu planning and development of new Tibetan dishes
