Job Description
मुख्य जिम्मेवारीहरू:
परम्परागत थकाली खाना तथा खाजा स्वादिष्ट र गुणस्तरीय रूपमा तयार गर्ने।
थकाली दाल–भात, तरकारी, मासु, साग, गुन्द्रुक तथा विभिन्न अचार तयार गर्ने।
जिम्बु, टिमुर लगायतका परम्परागत मसला र सामग्रीको उचित प्रयोग गर्ने।
खानाको स्वाद, गुणस्तर, प्रस्तुति र परिमाणमा एकरूपता कायम गर्ने।
खाद्य सुरक्षा, सरसफाइ तथा भान्साको स्वच्छता मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने।
आवश्यक खाद्य सामग्रीको स्टक जाँच गरी अभाव भएमा सम्बन्धित व्यक्तिलाई जानकारी गराउने।
भान्साका उपकरण तथा कार्यक्षेत्र सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने।
