परिकारहरू तयार गर्ने र थकाली परम्परागत स्वाद अनुसार पकाउने

  1. सामग्रीको तयारी (काट्ने, धोउने, मापन गर्ने) गर्ने

  2. भान्साको सफाइ र हाइजिनको ख्याल राख्ने

  3. कुकिङ उपकरण र भाँडाकुँडा सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने

  4. भान्सामा स्टक व्यवस्थापन र सामग्रीको हिसाब राख्ने

  5. नयाँ मेनु वा डेली स्पेशल तयार गर्न सहयोग गर्ने

  6. अर्डर अनुसार समयमै खाना तयार पार्ने र सेवा गर्न सजिलो बनाउने

  7. टीमसँग सहकार्य गरेर काम गर्ने र आवश्यक निर्देशन पालन गर्ने
