Job Description

Job description:

  1. Prepare authentic Thakali cuisine and Nepali pure food with consistent taste and quality.

  2. Cook a variety of dishes including momo, thukpa, fast food items, and daily special menu items.

  3. Maintain kitchen hygiene, follow food safety standards, and ensure clean working stations.

  4. Manage ingredient preparation, portion control, and timely cooking during peak hours.

  5. Coordinate with kitchen staff, maintain inventory levels, and assist in menu development when required.

    Note: Fooding and lodging provided, should be all rounder , hygenic, able to work in a family oriented restaurant.

    कामको विवरण:

    1. थकाली खाना र नेपाली शुद्ध परिकार स्वाद र गुणस्तर कायम राख्दै तयारी गर्ने।

    2. मोमो, थुक्पा, फास्ट फुडका विभिन्न परिकार तथा दैनिक विशेष मेनु पकाउने।

    3. भान्साको सरसफाइ, फुड सेफ्टी मापदण्ड पालना गर्ने र कार्य क्षेत्र सफा राख्ने।

    4. सामग्रीको तयारी, पोर्शन कन्ट्रोल गर्ने तथा व्यस्त समयमा समयमै खाना तयार गर्ने।

    5. भान्सा स्टाफसँग समन्वय गर्ने, इनभेन्टरी व्यवस्थापन गर्ने र आवश्यक परे मेनु विकासमा सहयोग गर्ने।

      नोट: खाना र बस्ने व्यवस्था सुविधा उपलब्ध, सबै प्रकारको काम गर्न सक्ने (अल–राउन्डर) हुनुपर्छ, स्वच्छ (हाइजेनिक) हुनु पर्ने र परिवारमैत्री रेस्टुरेन्टमा काम गर्न सक्षम हुनुपर्छ।
