Job Description

  1. Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Thakali dishes (e.g., Thakali Khana set, mutton curry, gundruk, timur-based items, lentils, pickles, etc.)

  2. Maintain authenticity in taste and presentation

  3. Manage kitchen operations, food preparation, and cooking schedules

  4. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen

  5. Monitor inventory and manage kitchen stock efficiently

  6. Handle food orders and minimize wastage

  7. Maintain consistency in taste, portion, and quality

  8. Coordinate with service staff for timely food delivery
