Prepare authentic Thakali meals including rice, lentils (daal), meat curry, vegetables, pickles, and ghee.
Ensure traditional Thakali taste and presentation is maintained.
Manage the kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
Monitor ingredient stock and coordinate with vendors for fresh supplies.
Control food quality, portion size, and minimize waste.
Maintain cleanliness of utensils and workstations.
Train and supervise kitchen assistants or helpers if any.
Handle customer requests or special orders related to Thakali cuisine.
Duty hour: 9 to 12hrs
