Responsibilities:

1. Test Evaluation:

- Review and evaluate test papers thoroughly, ensuring adherence to predetermined scoring

guidelines.

- Accurately assign scores to individual test sections and overall assessments.

- Verify answers, calculate scores, and record grades with precision and attention to detail.

- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or ambiguities in responses.

2. Consistency and Quality Assurance:

- Maintain consistency in grading by following established grading criteria and guidelines.

- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and fairness in assessment processes.

3. Feedback and Reporting:

- Provide constructive feedback on test performance, highlighting strengths and areas for

improvement.

- Collaborate with teaching staff to discuss assessment outcomes and contribute to data-

driven decision-making.

4. Data Management:

- Organize and maintain records of graded tests and assessment data.

5. Timely Completion:

- Adhere to established deadlines and timelines for grading tests.

- Prioritize workload and manage time effectively to ensure timely completion of assessments.

Requirements:

- +2 level in any field.

- knowledge of mathematics concepts, including arithmetic, geometry, and measurement, at

an appropriate level for grade 3 and 4 students.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in scoring assessments for young students.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively

with young students.

- Familiarity with technology tools for grading and data management.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student information.

- Must have own laptop for grading and data management tasks.

- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude when working with young students.
