Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Provide information about the company’s products or services.
Convince potential customers and generate leads or sales.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of calls and update call reports daily.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Update and manage customer databases regularly.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets.
