Job Description

  1. Tea Preparation & Serving: Responsible for brewing and serving a variety of teas, ensuring quality and consistency in taste, and serving it to staff or guests as per requests.

  2. Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure all tea-making equipment, utensils, and kitchen areas are kept clean, hygienic, and well-maintained throughout the day.

  3. Stock Management: Monitor tea leaves, milk, sugar, and other related supplies. Assist in ordering and replenishing stock as necessary.

  4. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting in serving tea and responding to customer requests or preferences promptly.

  5. All-Rounder Assistance: Assist in other kitchen or office tasks when needed, such as organizing, cleaning, or helping with basic meal preparation.

  6. Maintaining Workstation: Ensure that the tea station is organized, stocked, and operational, and adhere to all safety and health regulations while working.

  7. Time Management: Prepare tea in a timely manner to meet customer demand or workplace requirements, ensuring no delays during peak hours.

  8. Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, assisting other workers, and ensuring a smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment.
