Job Description

  1. Cook tandoori dishes on the menu following recipes

  2. Overall responsibility for operations of tandoori dishes

  3. Preparing food items by cutting, chopping and mixing

  4. Producing new tandoori dishes

  5. Managing, training new assistance tandoori chefs

  6. Prepare tandoor dishes under instructions of Head Chefs

  7. Allocate and oversee the work of the junior kitchen staff team including cleaning schedules.
