Job Description
Cook tandoori dishes on the menu following recipes.
Take overall responsibility for the operations of tandoori dishes.
Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, and mixing.
Produce new tandoori dishes.
Manage and train new assistant tandoori chefs.
Prepare tandoori dishes under the instructions of Head Chefs.
Allocate and oversee the work of the junior kitchen staff team, including cleaning schedules.
