Job Description
Cook dishes on the menu following recipes.
Take overall responsibility for the operations of dishes.
Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, and mixing.
Produce new dishes.
Manage and train new assistant chefs.
Prepare tandoori dishes under the instructions of Head Chefs.
Allocate and oversee the work of the junior kitchen staff team, including cleaning schedules.
