Job Description

  1. परिधान सिलाई र संग्रहण: डिजाइनका विशेषताहरू अनुसार कपडाका टुक्राहरूलाई सिलाई र जोडेर पूर्ण परिधान तयार गर्नु, सही र मिल्दो आकार सुनिश्चित गर्नु।

  2. कपडा काट्ने र छान्नु: ढाँचा वा मापन अनुसार कपडाका टुक्राहरूलाई सही तरिकाले काट्नु, र प्रत्येक परिधानको लागि सफा र सटीक समाप्ति सुनिश्चित गर्न अतिरिक्त कपडा काट्नु।

  3. गुणस्तर नियन्त्रण: तयार परिधानहरूमा सिलाई, कपडा, वा समग्र निर्माणमा कुनै दोष वा असमानताहरूको निरीक्षण गर्नु, र सबै उत्पादनहरू गुणस्तर मापदण्डहरू पूरा गरिरहेको सुनिश्चित गर्नु।

  4. मेसिन सञ्चालन: सिलाई मेसिन र अन्य सिलाई उपकरणहरूलाई दक्षतापूर्वक सञ्चालन गर्नु, र नियमित मर्मत र समायोजन गरेर राम्रो कामकाजी अवस्था र उच्च गुणस्तरीय सिलाई सुनिश्चित गर्नु।

  5. सहयोग र समय व्यवस्थापन: डिजाइन र उत्पादन टोलीसँग मिलेर समय सीमा पूरा गर्न, उत्पादनशीलता कायम राख्न, र परिधानहरू समयमा समाप्त गर्नु सुनिश्चित गर्नु, साथै सुरक्षा प्रोटोकल र कम्पनीका नीति अनुसार काम गर्नु।

    कार्य समय: बिहान ९ बजे देखि साँझ ५ बजे सम्म

    सूचना: विद्यार्थीहरूले पनि आवेदन दिन सक्दछन् +२ विद्यार्थीहरू जो फेसन डिजाइनिङ या व्यवस्थापन अध्ययन गर्दै छन्, या मात्र पढ्न र लेख्न सक्ने महिला जो केवल पढ्न र लेख्न सक्दछन् पनि आवेदन दिन सक्दछन्।

    1. Garment Stitching and Assembly: Responsible for stitching and assembling fabric pieces into finished garments according to design specifications, ensuring the correct alignment and fitting.

    2. Cutting and Trimming Fabric: Accurately cut fabric pieces based on patterns or measurements, and trim excess fabric to ensure a clean and precise finish for each garment.

    3. Quality Control: Inspect finished garments for any defects or irregularities in stitching, fabric, or overall construction, ensuring that all products meet quality standards before being sent for further processing or delivery.

    4. Machine Operation: Operate sewing machines and other tailoring equipment efficiently, performing regular maintenance and adjustments to ensure smooth operation and high-quality stitching.

    5. Collaboration and Time Management: Work closely with the design and production teams to meet deadlines, maintain productivity, and ensure that garments are completed on time while adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

      Note: Fresher can also apply .+2 students studying fashion designing or management or fresher women who can only read and write can also apply.
