Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sushi Chef at NCTH in Kathmandu. The Sushi Chef will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, seafood handling, and showcasing culinary skills to create authentic and delicious sushi dishes.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills
• Hygiene practices in food handling
• Expertise in preparing seafood
• Experience in creating sushi dishes
• Knowledge of sushi ingredients and techniques
• Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus
