Duties and Responsibilities of Supper Club Manager

1. Manage overall supper club operations and daily activities.

2. Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.

3. Supervise, train, and manage club staff performance.

4. Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams.

5. Manage reservations, events, and special functions.

6. Monitor sales, expenses, inventory, and cost control.

7. Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards.

8. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.

9. Develop strategies to improve business growth and revenue.

10. Prepare reports and coordinate with senior management.

11. Strong knowledge of bar operations and beverage service.

12. Knowledge of barista skills and coffee preparation.

13. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Server and Bartender.

14. Confident, energetic, and capable of handling high-pressure situations.

15. Fast mobility and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

16. Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.

17. Good body language, positive attitude, and professional personality.

    Duty Time : 6PM to 3PM.
