Job Description

  1. Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff activities.

  2. Manage and train staff to ensure smooth workflow.

  3. Handle VAT, billing, and financial record-keeping.

  4. Monitor stock levels and control inventory efficiently.

  5. Resolve customer complaints and staff-related issues.

  6. Ensure hygiene, safety, and service quality standards.

  7. Prepare daily reports on sales, staff performance, and stock.

  8. Assist management in planning and improving restaurant operations.

    Duty Hours: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

    Salary can be negotiable.
