  3. Ensure top-quality guest experience through attentive service and prompt issue resolution.

  4. Coordinate staff scheduling, shift management, and task allocation.

  5. Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and overall cleanliness of the restaurant.

  6. Handle customer complaints professionally and implement solutions promptly.

  7. Assist in inventory control, stock management, and ordering of supplies.

  8. Maintain communication with management regarding operational updates, challenges, and improvements.
