Job Description

  1. Oversee daily operations of both the restaurant and play park to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

  2. Supervise and coordinate staff performance, ensuring excellent customer service and teamwork.

  3. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across dining and play areas.

  4. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.

  5. Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and task assignments as per operational needs.

  6. Support kitchen and service teams during busy hours to maintain workflow and quality.

  7. Oversee inventory control, supply ordering, and stock management.

  8. Report daily operations, sales, and maintenance issues to management with timely updates.

-----Duty hour: 10 am to 7 pm
