Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily operations (kitchen, service, and bar) ensuring smooth workflow.

  2. Maintain quality and hygiene standards at all times.

  3. Train, motivate, and manage staff.

  4. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.

  5. Manage stock, inventory, and daily cash reconciliation.

  6. Prepare daily operational reports and communicate with management.

    Job Overview:

    We are looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of Chiya Spot at Putalisadak. The Supervisor will ensure smooth operations, maintain high service standards, and lead the team effectively.

    Note:

    Working Hours: 10–12 hours/day (shift basis)

    Basic knowledge of accounting, stock management, and POS systems
