Job Description

  1. बार सञ्चालनको प्रभावकारी व्यवस्थापन तथा अनुगमन गर्ने।

  2. बारमा पेय पदार्थको तयारी, सेवा तथा गुणस्तरको मापदण्ड कायम गर्ने।

  3. बारिस्ता सेवाको सञ्चालन तथा कफी/अन्य पेय पदार्थको गुणस्तर सुनिश्चित गर्ने।

  4. सिनियर सर्भर, बारटेन्डर तथा अन्य सेवा कर्मचारीको कार्य समन्वय र सुपरिवेक्षण गर्ने।

  5. सेवा प्रवाहलाई व्यवस्थित राखी ग्राहकलाई समयमै सेवा उपलब्ध गराउने।

  6. दैनिक बार तथा सेवा सञ्चालनका कार्यहरू व्यवस्थापन गर्ने।

  7. आवश्यक पर्दा बारटेन्डर वा सर्भरको कार्यमा सहयोग गर्ने।

    नोट:

    • दैनिक कार्य अवधि: ९ घण्टा हुनेछ।
