Job Description

  1. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming Raw Material & Finished Goods against Invoice with packing list and delivery Orders.

  2. Maintain correct records of Inventory levels, Stock movements, and Transactions using Software.

  3. Monitoring stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimum Inventory levels.

  4. Pick and Pack the material as per invoice/Shipment with proper condition.

  5. Verify the minimum 10 line item daily and share the report to Management Team.

  6. Timely adjust the return goods of any customer. Goods can’t be kept in Godown after the Invoicing to the party.

  7. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between System & physical stock.

  8. Should be Explained Valid reason for the any discrepancies.
