1. Receive, check, and authenticate all incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices

2. Maintain systematic and accurate inventory records for food & beverage, housekeeping, and other operational supplies

3. Issue stock to respective departments only against properly approved requisitions

4. Ensure correct storage practices, proper labeling, and adherence to FIFO/LIFO inventory methods

5. Carry out routine stock counts and support monthly and annual inventory verification processes

6. Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and promptly report shortages, overstocking, or slow-moving items

7. Coordinate closely with Purchase and Accounts teams for stock documentation, reconciliation, and reporting

8. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store while tracking wastage, breakage, expired items, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and statutory requirements

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Basic computer proficiency, especially MS Excel and inventory management software
