Paawan Sweets is expanding to Chitwan! We are hiring a local coordinator who can assist us with setting up our new store. This role involves scouting a great location, handling initial operations, and managing daily store activities post-launch.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in identifying and finalizing a store location in Bharatpur
• Coordinate with landlords, vendors, and contractors during the setup
• Handle local logistics and support recruitment for the new branch
• Oversee smooth day-to-day operations once the store launches
• Act as the main point of contact between Chitwan and Kathmandu team
Requirements:
• Must be a local resident of Chitwan/Bharatpur
• Good knowledge of the area and local market
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
