Job Description

  1. Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the electronics showroom

  2. Maintain strong knowledge of electronic products, features, specifications, and new arrivals

  3. Manage sales staff, assign duties, and monitor individual and team performance

  4. Ensure excellent customer service by assisting with product selection and technical queries

  5. Control inventory levels, track stock movement, and prevent shortages or overstocking

  6. Handle billing, cash management, and ensure accurate sales records

  7. Coordinate with suppliers and service teams for product delivery and after-sales support

  8. Ensure store cleanliness, product display standards, and compliance with company policies
