Job Description

1.Familar to Music and Guitar Instruments.

2.Inventory Management:

-Oversee and manage inventory levels of musical instruments and accessories.

-Ensure accurate stock records and regularly conduct stock audits.

-Coordinate with warehouse for timely restocking and manage the purchase of inventory.

3.Sales Management:

-Achieve sales targets by promoting products and services effectively.

-Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints.

-Train and supervise sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

4.Store Operations:

-Maintain the overall store appearance, including merchandising, cleanliness, and product displays.

-Ensure all store operations are compliant with company policies and procedures.

-Handle cash transactions, manage the store's financial records, and ensure accurate daily reports.

5.Team Leadership:

-Lead, motivate, and manage the store team, including scheduling shifts and delegating tasks.

-Conduct regular team meetings to review store performance and address any issues.

-Provide training and development opportunities for staff to improve their performance.

6.Customer Relationship Management:

-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

-Handle VIP customers and provide personalized services as needed.

-Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve store offerings.

7.Marketing and Promotions:

-Plan and execute in-store promotions, sales events, and other marketing activities.

-Collaborate with the marketing team to drive foot traffic and increase sales.

-Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.

8.Reporting:

-Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics to the management.
